@xXAlyciaXx not in Perú because they are considered to be sacred, if someone kills a pink dolphin one of his or her sons would die, they were considered sacred for long time and still being considered sacred but of course there are allways foreigner (not peruvian) hunters which affect not only the dolphins but the native traditions because they feel that they are killing a frien or a brother

The sad thing is that the mighty amazon and river dolphins are being slaughtered by fishermen for their flesh to be used as fishing baits. This is absolutely disgusting. Why are the Japanese being always blamed for what they did when other fishermen of other countries, like in South America did even worst things to the environment. These pink dolphins are being threatened with extinctions if nothing is done to help combat the throwing threat of animal abuse.

I’m 14 years old and ever since the age of 6 i have been studying dolphins and their behaviors. When you look closely at such a dolphin’s eyes, there is a bare hole, These dolphins have advanced senses that allow them to seek food with less struggle, though their sight is terrible. Because of this, their defense is weakened, resulting in humans hunting them as a sport. Many people don’t know about river dolphins, but they are being hunted each day as a sick, cruel game

SOUTH AMERICA is the most magical, exotic, beautiful place to ever grace the earth!
From the mighty mountains of the Andes to the lush grean Amazon to the valleys of the patagonia and the grand deserts of chile.
And thats just the start of it! I love South America and its people!
